The workshop fee includes:

• Induction workshop day attendance

• SIP panel application fee, whether or not approved (non refundable)

• SIP panel assessment by SIP Sub-committee

• SIP yearly membership fee (if approved)

• Registration of approved applicant on Strata Hub (if approved)

• Annual Refresher Workshop

• General Membership Application fee

Prerequisite to be considered as a Strata Inspector Panel member:

Applicants MUST hold a current ASBC Membership and have successfully completed a Strata Inspector Panel Induction Workshop (in either order). Non ASBC members wishing to apply to become SIP Building Inspectors are welcome to apply, however will firstly be assessed for ASBC general membership, followed by an assessment against the SIP Building Inspector Application Criteria.
