For those wanting a bit of variety, I’ll be adjusting my position every hour on the hour, so if you do a few laps you’ll have a better chance of getting different angles and not just the same shot each time.

Best tip for photos is simple: slow and steady comes out best. A smooth, clean pass gives me time to line up the camera, lock focus, and grab a better shot. Keeping a safe following distance also helps heaps. It keeps everyone safer and gives me space to capture each rider or driver properly instead of everyone being bunched up together.
