These sessions are facilitated by trained and experienced counsellors in group-based setting. Learn how to explore your feelings in a safe way by writing and reflecting about your struggles and successes and letting go of negative thoughts and feelings.Journalling materials will be provided. Morning tea and light refereshments will also be provided. Please provide details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.Sessions will be held weekly from 10:30am - 12:30pm on Thursdays 12th, 19th and 26th February, 2026. We recommend attending all sessions to get the most from the experience. Carers may also be required to complete a wellbeing assessment to determine suitability and provide best supports to carers prior to commencement of the group.If you are having trouble registering for our event, please contact us on 1800 422 737.Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only.
