Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other people in your group, including yoga, meditation, artistic activities, exercise and presentations from guest speakers such as Advocacy Programs and Service NSW.Sessions will be held fortnightly from 12:30pm - 2:30pm on Mondays starting from 20th April, 2026. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.If you are having trouble registering for our event, please contact us on 1800 422 737.Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway. We can assist with new registrations for eligible participants.
