- **Event Description**: Bookings via 0438 549 933 :) We are bringing our Art of Rest and Relaxation mini retreat to Bribie! Join us in the Board Room at the Community Arts Centre at Banksia Beach for our deluxe Sunday afternoon :)

Some slow flowing movement brings our awareness into our bodies and then we dive another layer inward with a Shamanic body drumming before we drop into gentle postures in your lovingly prepared nest supported with bolsters and blankets.

Guided meditations, breathwork and soothing touch along with blissful music and even some poetry helps our minds to drop down and into our deepest spaces grounded through body.
Doors open at 2pm and CLOSE at 2.15pm so please arrive on time to get settled.
We finish with some delicious home made refreshments. ❤
