No experience or equipment necessary, self paced sessions. This class is full vibrant energy to start, flowing through ancient yogic movements & positions, finishing with cleansing & grounding guided breath work techniques. 

What to Expect:
Step into the groove, and find your flow with a Yoga Disco & Breath work, the ultimate blend of yoga, dance, and breath work! This weekly class is a fun, self paced experience where traditional yoga postures meet the rhythm of dance tunes. Warm up and move your body, elevate your energy level, and dance your way through a playful and liberating sequence that stretches, strengthens, and uplifts your spirit.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, Yoga Disco & Breath work is for everyone! The class incorporates fluid movement, creative transitions, and mindful breathing, encouraging you to melt away tension and embrace the joy of movement. 

To wrap up, we’ll wind down with a calming breath work experience to connect the mind and body to the soul, helping you reset, recharge, and leave with a sense of peace and balance. 

Dynamic yoga flow set to feel-good music.
Optional dance-inspired movements to enhance your practice.
Energizing and empowering stretches for the whole body.
A cool-down with guided breath work for relaxation and clarity.
A playful, inclusive atmosphere for all levels.
Come for the yoga, stay for the rave, and finish with a breath of fresh air. Bring your bottle of water, an open heart, and your love of music. Let's groove! Facilities & equipment are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat & blanket for the breath work session ॐ

*Special Offer attend both classes for £12 
£10 drop in's.
Kids 11+ welcome (1st session is free/ £5 per session after)

Messages are sent out 48hrs before the class, please respond 'attending' or ' not attending'. I ask a  contribution is made if this changes 24 hrs before the session starts to keep the classes running smoothly, thank you for your understanding.

A little bit about me...
Yasmina is a certified yoga teacher with 200hr YTT Yoga Alliance, with 9 years experience in multiple schools of modern and traditional yoga & breath work. Level 3 diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy.
I am a mother, a wife and a yogi. Yoga has been part of my life since childhood and I love to share my wisdom and knowledge surrounding movement & well being.
