By keeping our vibrational energy high and well we will be able to live a more beneficial life - emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally.

You will take part in exercises to bring more positivity and manifest more for the life you wish for. For your physical, emotional and spiritual health.

This workshop will enable you to experience drum journeys, meditations and take part in different processes which will lift your vibrational energy and allow you to feel brighter, happier and more vibrant in all that you do.

You will create your own vision board, make your own book of positivity and find out about focus wheels.

The day will leave you getting rid of anything that is low in energy that is no longer required and allow you to bring in new aspects that will help you move forward. Our thoughts and feelings have a massive impact on how we feel  so by removing old issues we can move on.

There is an early bird option for this workshop - if you purchase your ticket before the 1st December you will gain your place on the day for £70 instead of the usual price of £90.
