One Day Chakra Program

I am offering this one day workshop on the chakras, the 7 main energy centres of the energetic body.

This will be held in my Garden Room here at Serenity Touch in Great Moulton.

The day will include information, meditations and exercises to help your 7 main chakras of the energetic body.

You will receive a detailed booklet on the energy centres including your own chakra set to take home with you.

By focusing and having a deeper understanding of these chakras, it will bring balance and alignment for you which in turn can help your physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

You will enjoy a meditations along with cleansing, grounding and protection techniques.

This will be held from 9.30 till 4pm.

The workshop is £160. Payable via bank transfer or the ticket link before. If you require flexibility with payment please get in touch.
