Breathe. Reflect. Move toward wholeness.
This weekly yoga class invites you into a supportive space where movement, mindfulness, and recovery meet. Guided by the ethical foundations of yoga—the yamas and niyamas—each session explores how these principles can deepen your path of healing and right living.
We’ll begin with a brief reflection and group discussion on one of the ten yogic principles. Together, we’ll explore how these timeless teachings can illuminate the journey of recovery—whether from addiction, burnout, or simply the grind of everyday disconnection. Then, through gentle movement, guided meditation, and the power of mudras (hand gestures), we’ll bring those principles into the body.
Offered with care, curiosity, and compassion, this class invites you to move, reflect, and reconnect at your own pace. All bodies, all levels of yoga experience, and all paths of recovery are welcome here.
