What to expect:
A welcoming space open to all levels — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.

Yoga | 7:00 – 8:00 pm
A gentle, accessible practice focusing on proper posture, mindful breathing, hands-on adjustments & deep relaxation — supporting both body and mind.

Sound Bath Journey | 8:00 – 9:00 pm 
• April 2nd • 16th •  30th & May 3rd
It's a profound journey inwards ,where sounds and frequencies carry you into a relaxation and leading towards insights and deep rest 
This  experience uses frequencies of tibetan singing bowls , crystal bowls, gong and hand  pan , helping the body unwind on a cellular level and return to calm and harmony.
