A special 2 hour Gong Bath Meditation morning to celebrate the Summer Solstice, with breakfast.

Let us gather to receive the powerful sound waves from the Elemental Gongs and experience the interconnectedness of all that is. The longest day and the season of Summer when the Earth laughs in flowers - celebrating its own beauty. This is an opportunity to come together and share in the high energy and life force of nature. A time of transformation, growth, free flow and gratitude for all that we have achieved since the Winter Solstice.

There will be Roz Daws' Monks porridge with herbal teas before you leave!

Please bring something to lie on (a mat), blankets and pillow to make a comfortable nest. Please also bring some water to drink after the session or on the way home.

***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so please get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, pacemakers or have had recent surgery or trauma to the head).

If you have any metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc), please let me know as this just informs me of how much volume I can work with ***

Sound is a powerful tool and is becoming more and more popular, so always ask your Therapist where they have trained and ensure that they have completed comprehensive training (not just a weekend course!) It is important that you feel safe and that the Practitioner knows what they are doing. For this session you are in good hands; Steph Healy is a highly qualified Sound Therapist and Teacher (College of Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning Foundation).
