Class Description ​
 
Experience the magic of a summer sunset with an evening practice inspired by the natural beauty of the lake.  Class will begin with a grounding mediation and will continue with mindful movement building up to a steady pace and ending in deep stretch.

Additional Info : Bring a mat or blanket to practice in the grass.

In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, you will receive an email notification that the event has been rescheduled for 8/30

 Practice begins promptly at 6:30 pm, meet by 6:15 pm for a mindful group walk to our practice space
