- **Event Description**: As the seasons change and we shake off the heaviness of winter. I invite you to join me for an energising Breathwork experience designed to help you awaken your nervous system after a long hibernation, re-connect your body and mind enabling you to step into spring with clarity, energy and renewal. Lets plant the seeds of intention for the year ahead with the power of the breath.

Through Guided Breathwork, intentional music and gentle integration you will be supported to:

? Release stored tension and emotional stagnation

? Increase energy, clarity and vitality

? Reconnect with your inner rhythm and intention

? Create space for growth, creativity and renewal

During the session I will guide a Conscious Connected Breathwork as well as other techniques including a gentle heart coherence breath. Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended if you have any of the following:

? Are on Intoxicants including alcohol and drugs
? Have heart conditions or experienced a stroke
? Have blood pressure problems that are not managed
? Have a history of psychosis or a severe mental health condition
? Have epilepsy, glaucoma or a detached retina

If you do have any medical concerns please contact your GP prior to booking

You are absolutely welcome to attend the workshop without committing to any Breathwork practice. Simply to be a part of the energy. This is your practice and your comfort and safety is the priority. If you have any questions or require further information please reach out.

About your Facilitator :

Hi, I'm Tilly and some of my best favourite things are Cheese, Peanut butter icecream, Crocheting and walking my dogs on Parys Mountain in Amlwch. ???

I am currently 6 months into a 10 month, 400 hours Breathwork Facilitator Course run by Breathing Space; A Breathwork School and global community rooted in safety, accessibility and ethical practices. Breathing Space holds GPBA. Global Professional Breathwork Alliance status.
These opening workshops will form part of my case studies and will be held at a discounted rate in exchange for feedback until I have completed my training and graduated.
