?This practice is an invitation to listen to your body's wisdom. 

While I guide the session, you are in the driver's seat, guided by your own sensations and feedback.

Spend the afternoon exploring the connection between movement, breath, and mind, and discover how somatic practices help to rebalance the nervous and endocrine systems. 

Learn more about the nervous system and simple techniques to calm it and discover ways to build resilience to help you through lifes ups and downs.

Using trauma-informed, somatic principles, I provide a safe space to release stored emotional stress and chronic tension. By prioritizing internal sensations and how your body feels when moving, rather than worrying about how good you look, my approach uses intuitive movements to release chronic tension patterns in muscles and the nervous system that help improve your well-being. 

This unique blend is specifically designed to help you reconnect with your body, offering essential support for stress relief and help you build resilience throughout your life.
