About the event
NEW for 2026! My Explore More walks will be leisurely, with plenty of breaks, focusing on exploratory adventure paths. It's not just about the major summits in Eryri.
Leisurely legs are absolutely welcome! This relaxed yet beautiful walk will lead us through breathtaking scenery along the Snowdonia Slate Trail, from the Aberglaslyn Pass to the village of Beddgelert.
Visit Gelert's grave and learn about the myths and legends that surround this area's history. The walk then guides us through woodlands and along the slopes of Moel Hebog, passing old ruins and picturesque viewpoints. Hidden waterfalls and forests bring us back to Nantmor for this must-do circular route.
