Continuum is a somatic inquiry into how we move and live.
Using breath and sound vibration to awaken the fluid system of the body, we dive into a deeper dimension of ourselves . Continuum enhances vitality, resiliency and reconnects us with ourselves on all levels. It is deeply nourishing.
In a Continuum session, we layer a sequence of breaths and sound vibration into the body. We learn to listen to the movement that emerges, following with curiosity and openness as the body unwinds itself out of patterns of tension and density, moving into its fluid depths which promotes health, relaxation and aliveness.

I’ve studied Continuum for over fourteen years and am working towards accreditation. I am also a registered craniosacral therapist and qualified Pilates matwork and clinical apparatus teacher.
