Guests who have not signed the waiver will be not permitted to enter the FlowRider and Flow House Bangkok will not be responsible for issuing refunds - Outside food and drinks are not allowed - FlowRider sessions only run with a minimum of 3 riders for a single lane, 6 riders for 2nd lane and in case your session does not have 3 riders or 6 riders, you will be required to wait for the next session - Pregnant women and people with disabilities are not recommended - Do not participate if you have had any recent surgery or illness, a heart condition, high blood pressure or aneurysms - The check-in procedure will take 15 minutes, so ensure to be well in time - Late arrival could result in your Wave Session being occupied by another rider, however, you will be allowed to join the next available session within the same day (subject to availability) - Flow House Bangkok is currently undergoing maintenance due to a technical issue.
