Meet Chef Tae ?‍?✨

A culinary innovator, Chef Worathon “Tae” Udomchalotorn trained at Le Cordon Bleu before refining his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide. From WD-50 in New York to Benu in San Francisco, he mastered the art of blending tradition with modernity. Returning to Thailand, he helped shape LE DU, which later earned a Michelin star. Now, as the chef-owner of Kavee, he continues to push boundaries, offering elevated seasonal Thai cuisine that is both creative and deeply rooted in tradition.
