This workshop is a highly experiential process that can bring a deep sense of transformation and healing by connecting  with the radical and fierce compassion of Sekhmet, the Egyptian lioness Goddess. She can help us to be brave to transform our deepest wounds so we can see the bigger picture. This workshop is taking place with the Full Moon in Leo so it is a perfect time to connect also with this Goddess and her husband, Ptah, the God that created the world with his words, allowing us to rewrite our own story.

As Plotinus said: “Everything breaths together”. Astrology helps us to become more aware of the energies of the times, inspiring us to realign with the song of our soul and the Anima Mundi (the soul of the world). Mythology helps us to bring the energies of the Cosmos and nature to our everyday life, grounding the universal into the particular.

In this workshop:

Firstly, we will explore together the myths and stories of some of the Egyptian pantheon, called neteru. The Word nature is related to the neteru, seeing the Gods and Goddesses as the energies of nature, of the Cosmos, within and without. Consciously connecting with them can help us to more consciously navigate our lives. Mar has been studying with Nicky Scully, an expert in the Egyptian Mysteries and she feels very connected to the Mediterrean inner and outer landscape.
Secondly, Mar will be guiding a Shamanic journey to connect with the energies of Sekhmet and Ptah. This journey will be guided into dreaming what is ready to be transformed in your life for the new to be born so you can get insights and messages regarding how to do that, reflecting also into the past to shed light into deep wounds in order to alchemically transform them.

Mar is a Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator, a Reiki Master and an Astrology reader who is deeply involved in her own soul growth. Diving into this journey has taken her to facilitate others’ transformational processes. She is a Shamanic practitioner (deeply called by Egyptian Shamanism and other pantheons around the world) and she has been practicing yoga and meditation for years. She is strongly called to assist other 
peoples healing processes and soul journeys in order to find the power to be who they truly are, diving deep to remember that everything that we all need is already inside of us. She wants to invite you to join this safe and sacred space to dive deep into your own personal alchemical process to transform wounds into medicine for yourself and for the world.
