IHA U Hok Saeng "Hell Week"

Take the hell week challenge! So what is a U Hok Saeng or Hell Week as its commonly referred to, you may be asking?

It is full-time training that covers all the material in the syllabus as well as extra ‘fun’ techniques. Each day will have a focus, for example one day is kicking, one striking, etc.

It is open to all belts, but is a requirement for Black Belt and above testing. It is a great opportunity to share the mats and train with our senior members.
