A Journey Through Yoga & Art
Join us for a 2 hour immersive experience combining soulful movement and mindful creativity. We are here on 17th, 24th and 31st May, flow through yoga led by Smruthi (Certified Yoga Instructor), followed by a themed art session guided by Lisa (Multi - disciplinary Artist).
If you`re looking for a creative and mindful experience this is the space for you.
