Yoga and Meditation in the Park
21st June is World Yoga Day, and we're inviting you (no matter what your age), to join us in meditation and easy yoga amidst nature and pleasant company.
Breath in clean air and breathe out negative energies. Begin your day with a smile as we start our morning at 8.15 am with yoga (easy yoga stretches for first timers) followed by peaceful meditation under the trees.
Once done, we open out our picnic baskets for a community picnic in the park! :)
