Yet expression exists beyond language. Our hands naturally accompany our stories through movement and gesture; they allow us to create, paint, touch, hold, and communicate in ways that words may not always capture. Similarly, colours  become a language of their own offering us a way to explore and express emotions, sensations, and inner experiences without needing to name or explain them.Tools of Expression creates space to move beyond thinking and into experiencing. Through mindful engagement with hands, colours, movement, and creative expression, participants are invited to connect with themselves in a more embodied, intuitive, and non-verbal way.We cannot always heal or understand the mind through the mind alone.
