Workout sessions plan created just for summer specially for a month where we will be working out on daily basis and concentrate on tightening the muscles, strengthening the bones, will also work on our Prana (Breath) by exerciseing various pranayama and breathing workouts.
Basically you will see inches loss for sure , if you do it on daily basis along with a proper diet and with a very good water intake and good sleep :)
During this month we will be working on inner core and outer too by adopting workout combination of Pilates & Yoga. So that same workout you can follow the time you are not working out with me. Easy to do it at home and even office too.
