However, a stone unexpectedly discovered at the base of that tree on a rainy night changes the village forever. The local priest and political leaders give the stone a religious color, plotting to cut down the tree to build a temple.In between all this, Obalappa’s son, Mada, falls into the trap of the village’s political power-players. Amidst internal family conflicts and the conspiracies of the local elite, how will Obalappa save his cultural identity?
