Peaks and Valleys

This is a 2-hour experiential session that weaves together Guided Meditation, Guitar Soundscape, and Deeper Self-Inquiry. It is created for kindred souls who seek depth, stillness, and realization in a safe and non-judgmental space.

Peaks & Valleys is a heartfelt series of experiential and intimate sessions by Finding My Tribe - an initiative that nurtures conscious way of living. Each gathering is designed to support one’s journey of self-discovery, healing, and realization, offering a gentle blend of mindful practices and emotional exploration. The intention is to offer gentle, heart-led experiences accessible to anyone, regardless of where they are on their path.

Through meditation, music, and reflection, participants are invited to process their thoughts and feelings, regulate the inner world, and open space for meaningful insights.

Facilitators

Nikhil Srivastava, a guitarist and a teacher, known for his soulful, immersive soundscapes has a deep sensitivity to energy and emotion. He blends gentle fingerpicking, ambient tones, and intuitive melodies to create a calming musical atmosphere. His live guitar accompaniment is designed to support meditation, helping participants feel grounded and centered.

Mayurakshi Sinha, a dedicated practitioner of Meditation, Self-Reflection, Intuitive Art, Reiki and Crystal Healing. Through her evolving journey of 8 years, she is devoted to support seekers to explore life beyond the surface - reconnecting with their authentic self, inner child, and creative spirit - paving the way towards a life that feels emotionally rich, purposeful, and aligned. Through her initiative "Finding My Tribe" she focuses on practices that contribute in living a conscious life.

-No prior experience in meditation is needed, come with an open mind and heart.
