🎫 ISKCON Bangalore 31st Night Celebration - Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to celebrate the New Year with ISKCON Bangalore. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your tickets.

Ticket Prices:

• Adult: ₹ 1,100/-
• Child: ₹ 750/- (Children below 5 years are generally free, please confirm age limits with the organizer if needed).

⏳ Cancellation and Refund Schedule

Refunds are calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received, relative to the event date (December 31st).

Example: If the event is on December 31st:

• Cancelling on or before December 24th grants a 100% refund.
• Cancelling on December 26th grants a 50% refund.
• Cancelling on December 29th grants a 70% refund.
• Cancelling on December 30th or 31st is not eligible for a refund.

📝 Refund Request Procedure

1. Contact: All refund requests must be submitted directly to the event organizer, ISKCON Bangalore, via the contact details provided on this event page or your booking confirmation email from AllEvents.
2. Information Required: Please include your Booking ID/Confirmation Number, the Name on the booking, the Email ID used for booking, and the Reason for Cancellation.
3. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the event date and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
