For survivors, by a survivor, with nuanced understanding of narcissistic abuse. We meet every Friday, and the goal of these weekly meetings is to discuss common issues, provide emotional support, guidance and resilience for dealing with challenges arising due to emotional abuse that survivors find difficult to discuss with people who don`t "get" it. If you have been through this harrowing experience, I get you! Come, navigate things together as a group. Please note we are not an emergency services provider. If you are in physical danger, or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please seek support from a clinic or practician that deals with these issues. Please continue seeing your mental health professional, if you are currently under care and take all prescribed medications, if any. Limited individual sessions are available. Individual session will be held online on Saturday afternoon, and we will coordinate on timings with you. Limited discounted tickets available at discounted for two people or package of 4 sessions. Actual location can be changed to a nearby location in Koramangala, and will be shared on booking the ticket. Please read all the terms and conditions prior to booking.
