The session closes with a calm mind practice to leave you refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the day with positivity.Dress Code Wear any comfortable clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional. We have a changing room on site (No showers are available)Food/Beverage You can eat a light snack/fruit or any beverage at least 2 hours before the class.
