This course offers a transformative journey of self-reflection and inner understanding. The Buddha teaches that freedom from suffering is possible by walking the Noble Eightfold Path – through ethical living, right understanding, mindful awareness, and the cultivation of wholesome qualities such as loving-kindness, compassion, and wisdom. Our actions shape our present experience and influence our future — and meditation becomes the gateway for profound insight and inner liberation.

About the Teacher
Ven. Bhikkhu Dhammagavesi began his spiritual path in 2013, spending over a year and a half at Wat Pah Nanachat, Thailand, where he deeply immersed himself in meditation and monastic discipline. A turning point in his journey came in 2016 when he was introduced to Bhante Vimalaramsi’s practical and effective meditation approach, inspiring him to receive higher ordination under Bhante Vimalaramsi in 2017.

Since then, Bhante has spent years practicing and sharing Dhamma in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and across Asia, contributing actively as the Co-Director of the Asian Project for Dhamma Sukha India, organizing retreats, guiding practitioners, and supporting online teachings. His vision focuses on bringing these methods back to India and training dedicated future meditators.
