This is a theatre based workshop for children in the age group of 8 to 11 years. This workshop uses fun theatre games to create a space for children to make different sounds and movements which they are usually restricted from doing. They get a safe space to express their true feelings and ideas. That is why children have a lot of fun when playing these games.
On a more serious note, theatre is both a subject and a method in education. Engaging in theatre helps in child and youth development. It helps kids enhance their focus, self-confidence, problem solving skills, creativity, empathy, and collaboration. Together this helps them take ownership of their challenges and prepares them to work towards achieving what they want.
The workshop is being conducted by Train Craft- a 12-year-old learning and development organization. Visit us at www.traincraft.in
