*** Cancellation/Refund Policy ***

Understanding that plans can change we aim to be as accommodating as possible with our cancellation and refund policy:

• Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that our event is canceled all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
• Substitutions: If you cannot attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at with the replacement's name and contact information at least 3 days prior to the event.
• Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations made up to 15th January 2026 will be eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 16th January 2026 and 28th January 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refunds After Deadline: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after the 28th January 2026. This policy is due to the costs associated with event planning and logistics.
