Heart of Presence - Satsang in Embodied Truth

This is not a workshop. 

No teaching. No concepts. No methods. 

This is a space. Of deep presence, raw truth and compassionate awareness.

Where your body remembers who you are.

We begin with grounding into your body, softening into stillness.Then I invite participants to sit with me, one at a time.

Together we drop in gently to what`s beneath the surface - into the language of energy, sensation, attunement and awareness. 

We dont analyse, perform or fix. 

We feel, witness and remember.
