A guided self-enquiry and mindfulness session for discovering your true calling. Learn to take charge of the moments of your life and infuse them with the power of clear intention.
CG Mayya is an international Mindfulness Instructor and Life Coach. He is also a writer and researcher into the science of mind and happiness.
In this session, you will learn basic mindfulness skills that will empower your daily life. These skills can free you from moods, bad habits and thus help you regain the amount of time otherwise spent being lost - brooding about the past or worrying about the future.
C G Mayya will then guide the participants into an Self-enquiry session for discovering your purpose, values and to align your thoughts, words and actions towards a deeper and personal calling inherent within you.
When we have clarity in our thinking and a clear purpose to living, then our decisions - whether its about what to do on Friday night or about choosing our job or life partner - these decisions will bring us, and those around us, true & lasting happiness.
