More than machine you need a method !
Back to the basics, participate and test your mettle on exerting your own body weight and here’s the deal…. much as fitness is multi-dimensional , this is a battle of Strength, Endurance, Agility and Flexibility !
Quality with Quantity, they both matter and it is a Challenge won with contribution from every individual to its team. A few excerpts for you :
-HIIT Style Timed Workout Challenges
-Only Bodyweight Exercises, focus….. the entire body
-Eliminations at every round of Challenge leading to the five finalist Teams
-Top three teams to receive the felicitations
RULES FOR ENROLMENT AND PARTICIPATION:
-Each Team comprises five individuals with a designated Team Captain
-Participation in multiple teams is not allowed
-Participants expected to carry their own YOGA/fitness mat
-No need to carry water bottles; drinking water available to participants
-Light Breakfast served to all participants
-Please select a unique team name & register quickly. Registrations close with first 25 team entries
