1. General Policy

All ticket purchases for Future of Food :Emerging Tech for Sustainable Innovation, scheduled to take place on10/02/2026 at Bengaluru, are strictly non-refundable. By registering for the event, attendees acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

2. No Cancellations or Refunds

• Once payment is completed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
• This includes, but is not limited to, inability to attend due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, health issues, or scheduling conflicts.

3. Transfer of Registration

• While refunds are not allowed, ticket transfers to another individual may be permitted until 31/01/2026, subject to approval by the organizing team.
• To request a transfer, please contact info@sumdrfoods.in with the full name, email, and contact number of the new attendee.

4. Event Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format (including shifting to a virtual or hybrid model) without offering refunds.
• In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

5. Force Majeure

• No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or modification due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

6. Acknowledgment

By completing registration, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. It is the responsibility of each participant to review this policy before purchasing
