Cooking With Millets
Looking to introduce Millets in to your daily food but dont know how to get started? We have designed a workshop specially for you that focuses on demystifying millets! Millets are gaining a lot of popularity as a healthy alternative to rice and wheat. Super nutritious and delicious, millets can be used in familiar, comforting foods!
In this session, HappyHealthyMe's Chef Guru will demonstrate Little Millet Salad, Barnyard Millet Bisi Bele Bath, Spinach Foxtail Millet Pulao, Jowar and Ragi Roti and Kodo Millet Payasam. Our in-house nutritionist Shwetha will be sharing the health benefits of millets. This workshop also includes a delicious millet lunch served to you!
When: Friday, July 13
Time: 11.30 am to 1 pm
Where: HappyHealthyMe, Indiranagar
Charges: Rs. 1250 per person
The workshop will be conducted in English and can be translated to Kannada, Hindi and Tamil. So you can send your cook too!
Pre-booking your ticket is mandatory and walk-ins will not be accommodated.
