Art Therapy- A workshop
Art therapy is an expressive art technique, that uses the creative process of making art. Art therapy may focus on the creative art-making process itself and analysis of expression of the person through art.
The creative process involved in expressing one’s self artistically can help people to resolve issues as well as develop and manage their behaviours and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness.
This expressive art technique uses various art materials like paints, chalks, markers, etc to portray ones feelings on a sheet of paper or other mediums.
Below are the art techniques that would be conducted during the session:
