Toward the end of the session, we dive into our signature calm-mind practice to reset your body and mind - leaving you with a lasting sense of energy and balance.Dress Code Wear any comfortable clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional. We have a changing room on site (No showers are available)Food/Beverage You can eat a light snack/fruit or any beverage at least 2 hours before the class.
