This beginner-friendly class combines an introduction to stand-up paddleboarding with a yoga flow on the water, giving you the chance to build confidence on your board while enjoying the incredible surroundings of Banff National Park. The 1.5-hour session will begin with a quick introduction to SUP before moving into a guided yoga flow.
