Name, email address, cell #, team size and Banff as location (Puzzleneck is hosting various comps in next couple months).
Etransfer payment to randilynn@puzzleneck.com
Team of 1-2 = $50 + GST = $52.50
Team of 3-4 = $65 + GST = $68.25
Team of up to 6 = $70 + GST = $73.50
