Adam will be with us on Saturday 4th April to hold 2 x 1hr soundbath treatment sessions bringing us the amazing sounds with Didgeridoo.

This is an Australian wind instrument that produces deep, low frequency sounds traditionally used in ceremonies, song and dance.  It brings deep spiritual connection to the earth and our ancestors that allows healing and bridging the gap between the physical and spiritual realms. It is also used in modern sound therapy for relaxation and reducing stress. 

There will be two sessions on this day starting at 
* 11am (for an hr) and the 2nd one at
* 1pm (also for an hr)

Adam would like to offer these sessions for donation only 🤩 

Each session will have a max of only 5 people and if you'd like to bring yoga mats/blankets to lay down for comfort you absolutely can.
