Another day takes us along Win Hill and Hope Cross, tracing ancient packhorse routes before looping back past the shimmering waters of Ladybower Reservoir. Our accommodation, Homestead & Cheesehouse, The Farm, Bamford, sits just 30 minutes’ walk from the station — the perfect countryside retreat.
