Turkey 101 (Part Demo/Part Hands-on)
In this class you will be working and learning how and why to do the following and discuss alternatives to traditional Thanksgiving dinner:
Perfectly roast and properly carve your Thanksgiving Turkey
Make gravy from scratch
Make perfectly fluffy mashed potatoes
Make Cranberry Sauce from Scratch
Make an Apple Crumble Pie with Ice Cream
Make use of your turkey carcass by making stock
After we will sit down and eat our creations and eat as a community.
