The pressure is.Therapeutically Crafted™ is a six-month, in-person creative wellness experience for women of color designed to explore how perfectionism shapes the way we create, connect, and show up in our lives.Through hands-on crafting, reflective writing, and guided community conversation, each session creates space to build self-compassion, deepen emotional awareness, and develop a new relationship with expectations… your own and everyone else’s. This is not a class. This is not therapy. Wear your favorite cozy pajamas and settle into a space designed for Black and Brown women of color to slow down, connect, and simply be.Pajamas are encouraged, not required.
