I (@madmilfy.co) will be leading sound meditation, discussion, providing journal prompts, and affirmations to activate our hearts. We will be focusing on Womb Work! So expect womb meditations, journal promts, etc. The Ayurvedic texts describe the heart as "Hrdaya". The Sanskrit word consists of three parts — each with its own meaning: Hr means to receive, Da to give, and Ya to move. That's exactly what we'll be doing <3
