Spring Dream Workshop

The Spring Dream Workshop, hosted by the Melizevolving Foundation, is a trauma-informed healing and vision board experience designed to help participants reflect, reconnect with themselves, and create a clear vision for their future. Attendees will engage in guided reflection, supportive conversations, and a hands-on vision board activity in a welcoming community environment. Each participant will receive a gift bag and their own vision board to take home. 🌸

A guided discussion on resilience, healing, and rebuilding life after difficult experiences.


12:00 PM – Vision & Personal Growth

Exploring how reconnecting with purpose and goals can support long-term healing.


12:20 PM – Break & Networking

Time to visit sponsor tables, explore resources, and connect with others.


12:35 PM – Guided Vision Board Experience

Participants create vision boards focused on healing, growth, and future goals.


1:35 PM – Reflection & Sharing


1:50 PM – Closing, Candle Giveaway & Gift Bags
