The mission is to create a more equitable and free, non-hierarchical and non-judgmental space for everyone. By creating a space that focuses on honest and authentic communication, community building, and liberation, we can transform the current scene into a more productive, positive and engaging community. The event will have a community discussion, as well as an opportunity to workshop any original pieces!

Johanna McGuire is a Baltimore based saxophonist. As well as being an active performer in the Baltimore area, Johanna also teaches at various music camps, such as the Hilton Head Jazz Camp in Hilton Head Island, SC and the Anne Arundel North Bay music camp. Johanna uses all her musical experiences and her love of both teaching and performing to help her students find their own sound and be the best musician they can possibly be.
