POP UP: Burnt Coat
From January 22 through February 11, Cai Lindeman of Burnt Coat Popup is flipping burgers at R House! Cai has always focused on sourcing quality products from local purveyors, and looks forward to applying that philosophy to one of his favorite foods. The burger is simple--- two patties, cheese, pickles and red onion. Feeling hungry? Add an extra patty, fried egg, avocado, or a slab of our homemade smoked maple bacon. Still hungry?? Banana pudding!
Burnt Coat Burger: 2-four ounce Roseda Farms ground beef patties, dijonaise, local dill pickle chips, diced red onion, and aged cheddar on a Stonemill Bakery brioche bun
Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burger: Avocado, pickled red onion, crema, and cilantro on a Stonemill Bakery brioche bun.
Maple Slab Bacon: 4 ounces of house made bacon from Leidy Farms (PA) cut thick and glazed
Banana Pudding: Homemade vanilla pudding, vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and toasted meringue
