While often a time of joy and celebration, holidays can also bring up feelings of sadness, loneliness, and longing. This workshop with Healing for Success will provide a supportive space to talk about how grief can show up during the holidays, share coping strategies, and know you’re not alone.We’ll spend some time reflecting through a creative activity, and there will be an opportunity to share–or just listen–whatever feels right. Everyone will leave with resources, readings, and tips to help carry grief with a little more care this season.Please note: this event will take place in the Mikulski Room on the third floor of the Central Library.
